The hotel has a convenient location.
I encountered significant issues . The shower barely worked, with almost no water pressure. The staff seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to respond. I also noticed a lack of cleanliness as the bathroom drainage was ineffective, causing water to accumulate in unwanted areas.

The double room was vintage, it included a work desk, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was exceptional! The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone.

Absolutely horrendous! I was given a budget room when I booked a standard double, took an hour to check in and then NO hot shower, all while the staff pretended to care. I almost left a good review but ran into thieves among the staff, it woudl ve been nice if I received some compensation.

We chose this spot for its central location, perfect for exploring Nairobi with our four young children. The spacious rooms had hot water, and we really appreciated the clean facilities and friendly staff.
My wife says that breakfast time could be more relaxing with some music.

The staff provided helpful assistance, even arranging a late-night airport transfer. The clean room had a comfortable bed and good hot shower. The WiFi connection was inconsistent, and the noise from the street was somewhat intrusive. Breakfast options were limited, a bit disappointing given the overall quality.

Just a decent option for a city holiday in Nairobi with all in all great value for money. The staff were really helpful, especially when I needed to print some documents last minute for a meeting. Be ready to use ride-sharing apps to get around, as the location is a bit noisy.
